The units were beautifully maintained. the staff were ideal people at the reception desk. - Great and fantastic location very close to rooms/areas close to reception and the city center and the train station.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a wonderful way to start my stay. the central location allowed me easy access to the city's festivities for New Year. the room was clean with comfortable beds that provided a good night's rest.

Limited Amenities the hotel lacked certain amenities that I would have liked to have, such as air conditioning or cooling during the hot weather. I also wished there were more outlets available in the room to charge my electronic devices.

Very close to train station, a good value restaurant in the hotel. No breakfast included and was expensive to buy breakfast in the hotel. Very quiet rooms.

Our experience during New Year's was less enjoyable due to the lack of amenities in the room. There was no alarm clock or radio available, which made it difficult to keep track of time and plan our day.

The booking through Booked.net was confirmed , but the hotel refused this booking saying the booking did not go through.. and i had to pay more for the stay , nearly twice the amount of the price that was booked through Booked.net, Also the hotel staff a heavily built receptionist. was very rude explaining the situation with Booked.net , we still do not understand why our booking was not accepted. We have never had such an expierience with Booked.net in the past.

Location is convenient for people who want to catch the train early in the morning. Considering the rate, the hotel is just average.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it incredibly easy to access. The rooms are newly built and feature the latest Ibis decor. The comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep and they are kept very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast provided is of good value, and although the variety may not be as extensive as other places, the quality of the food is excellent.

It is ideally located if one is arriving by train--just across the road. The tram to the historic section has a stop in the train station. We took the combo package--train to Passau and river cruise from Passau to Linz. We were able to have the wonderful buffet breakfast before catching the train.
